Q: Where are you located?

A: We're proudly based in Southern Ontario, Canada, making us ideally situated for shipping all across Canada.

Q: What locations do you ship to?

A: Currently, we are only shipping to Canadian customers in our soft opening. At this time, we are evaluating the evolving situation regarding the United States' decision to eliminate the de minimis exemption for small shipments valued under $800. We hope to offer our products to our friends in the United States soon!


Q: How long does it take a product to ship after I place my order?

A: Orders currently ship in 2-4 business days.




Q: I like this product, but can you make it in different colours?

A: We'd be happy to accomodate your request. Please reach out to us on our Contact page before placing your order. Please note that certain colours may incur a higher price, above and beyond the base price of the product.




Q: Do you provide custom modelling or prototyping services?
