Q: Where are you located?

A: We're proudly based in the Niagara Region in Ontario, Canada, making us ideally situated for shipping all across Canada. Local pickup is available for our friends in Niagara.

Q: What locations do you ship to?

A: We ship to customers across Canada, as well as the contiguous lower-48 United States. Please note, shipping times to the United States may be longer due to delays at Customs and Border Patrol.

Please note, select products are not available to ship to the United States, which is noted on their respective product pages.

Q: Are there additional duties or taxes for US Customers?

A: We ship US-bound orders using a Delivered Duties Paid service. This means any standard import duties and customs brokerage fees are already included in the shipping cost you see at checkout - you will not receive a surprise bill from the courier for those charges.

All of our products are manufactured in Canada and qualify under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), known in the US as the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). We maintain Certificates of Origin supporting preferential tariff treatment under this agreement.

In most cases, standard import duties are eliminated when goods enter the United States.

However, the US government may still apply tariffs, trade remedies, or other import measures that are separate from standard customs duties. Any such charges, if assessed, are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders refused due to unpaid tariffs or import requirements may be subject to return shipping fees and are not eligible for free returns.

Q: How long does it take a product to ship after I place my order?

A: Orders for in stock items usually ship next day. Orders with customized or personalized items usually ship within 2-3 business days.

Q: I like a product, but can you make it in different colours?

A: We'd be happy to accommodate your request. Please reach out to us on our Contact page before placing your order. Please note that certain colours may incur a higher price, above and beyond the base price of the product.

Q: Do you provide custom modelling or prototyping services?

A:Yes! Have a problem? We can help you solve it. Drop us a line on our Contact page and we'll be happy to help, or see our Portfolio page for a sample of our work. At the moment, we are focusing on engineering-type modelling services, and less on organic/character modelling.

Q: Can you quote my models to print?

A: Please reach out to us on our Contact page to get the ball rolling and we'd be happy to print your dreams for an affordable price.
